Return Policy


Return and Refund Policy: Customer satisfaction is my top priority. Annique has a quality guarantee for its customers on all products. If a product is faulty or you have an allergic reaction, you must inform me and return the products with the packaging to me within 7 (seven) days after delivery. I will then arrange for either a refund or an exchange in accordance of the problem. Return costs (if applicable) are for your account and thus your responsibility. If paid by credit card, all credit card charges will be deducted before refund is done.
